  • the opportunity to set up a promotional booth (roll-up banner or table with materials) in the conference area,
  • the company logo on the conference website and in conference materials,
  • a mention of the sponsor in organizational announcements (e.g., welcome slide),
  • the opportunity to include promotional materials in participants’ conference packets.
Premium Package
10 000 PLN

The sponsor receives


Everything included in the Standard Package plus:

  • a sponsored presentation (15-20 minutes) as part of the conference program,
  • a prime location for the sponsor’s booth,
  • the company logo on the opening and closing slides of the conference,
  • the opporutnity to designate a session or coffee break as “sponsored by …”,
  • a special acknowledgement of the sponsor during the opening session of the conference.
Strategic Package

The sponsor receives

Everything included in the Premium Package

plus:

  • Main Conference Sponsor status,
  • an extended sponsor presentation or co-organization of a thematic session,
  • maximum logo exposure (website homepage, printed materials, name badges),
  • the opportunity to co-organize a side event (lunch, workshop, networking meeting),
  • dedicated sponsor information in post-conference communications (website / summary email).
