Within the “For participants” → “Registration” tab, the user may voluntarily provide the following personal data: – first and last name, – e-mail address, – organization (affiliation),
b) Abstract submission form
Within the “For participants” → “Abstract submission” tab, the user may provide the following data: – submission title, – first and last name, – e-mail address, – organization (affiliation), abstract content (max. 300 words). Within the “For participants” → “Abstract submission” tab, the user may provide data such as: – first and last name, – contact details, – abstract content, – information about co-authors.
c) Data published on the website
The Website also publishes the data of persons belonging to the organizing and scientific committees and of presenters (e.g., first name, last name, academic title). This data is processed in connection with the organization of the event.

Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of: – organizing and conducting the conference, – registering participants, – receiving and handling abstract submissions, – contacting participants, – publishing the conference program, – fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) on the basis of: – Art. 6(1)(a) (consent of the data subject), – Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or actions prior to its conclusion), – Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation), – Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest of the administrator).

Data Recipients
Personal data may be transferred to: – entities supporting the Administrator in organizing the event, – IT service providers.
Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area in accordance with the rules set out by the GDPR.
