b) Abstract submission form
Within the “For participants” → “Abstract submission” tab, the user may provide the following data: – submission title, – first and last name, – e-mail address, – organization (affiliation), abstract content (max. 300 words). Within the “For participants” → “Abstract submission” tab, the user may provide data such as: – first and last name, – contact details, – abstract content, – information about co-authors.
c) Data published on the website
The Website also publishes the data of persons belonging to the organizing and scientific committees and of presenters (e.g., first name, last name, academic title). This data is processed in connection with the organization of the event.Purposes of Data Processing
